Sono arrivati i melmini. Dall’idea e dai primi prototipi ne è passata di acqua sotto i ponti: alcuni di loro sono andati in esplorazione oltrefrontiera, altri si sono mantenuti entro i confini migrando verso luoghi più balsamici, altri ancora si sono fatti una vacanza, oppure hanno provato terapie alternative, non prive di vantaggi pratici.
Triste o felice? Sei tu che scegli.

The first edition of melmino softies is here. From the idea to the first prototypes, many things have happened: some melminos have migrated to other countries, others have found new home without having to learn a new language, more others had a trip, or have tried alternative medicine, with some innegable and useful results.

Un teaser è quando non hai tempo o meglio non ti prendi abbastanza tempo di qualità da dedicare all’aggiornamento del sito e vorresti mettere delle foto e dei cosini che hai fatto già da un bel po’ ma non ci riesci. Ochei, diciamo che questo è il mio personale concetto di teaser, magari.

Running behind is one of my most favourite activities in everyday life. That’s why I need to put a teaser here for something that awaits from nearly 3 weeks to be uploaded on the site. I think this little group of somethings are trying to talk, just to insult me!

Some more happy/sad double faced melmini. They fit well in a pocket, actually they might ask you to be carried around. They are curious to view the world from your perspective.

They are already assigned to some people I want to send, except of one, maybe, that I will put eventually in the shop. I plan to make more for the shop, though.

They can be used as voodoo dolls pincushions as well! :) I guess the sad side is better for this purpose. I have never made a pincushion before, but writing this now, I think that if I’ll ever make one, that would be a voodoo doll. Definitely.

Fatto pensando ai bambini in generale e a due in particolare. Altri sono in arrivo, insieme alla messa online del mio sito (si spera) e al restyling del blog pure.

No, no. Non è lei. Il Mostro è la mia nuova macchina da cucire, che, se dotata di telaio da ricamo, può fare cose abominevoli, tipo questa qui sopra. Io ancora non ci credo, ogni tanto mi vado a riguardare questo ricamo e lo confesso, mi commuovo. Capite, è una macchina. Una macchina fa queste cose. Fa quello che le dici tu, piuomeno come glielo dici tu (dipende dal tono che usi, si insomma, da come la tratti). Eppoi parla col computer. Le mie due macchine preferite si scambiano confidenze, interagiscono, si salutano. Gente, cosa posso volere di più?
Se impara a camminare però scappo di casa.
